Magic Custom Photo Color Changing Coffee Mug Cup, Personalized DIY Print Ceramic Hot Heat Sensitive Cup -Add Your Photo&Text

Didn't realize this was coming from China, I ordered it on the 10th and got it on the 28th. Although the quality is very nice and the picture looks exactly like the one I customized it too, (not pixly, grainy, etc.) but in order to see the picture so that the cup isn't just all black with a blue inside, the water needs to be boiling in order for the picture to appear. I even took boiling water and poured it directly over the picture and it took longer than I would assume it would for such hot water. Maybe it just needed to be as hot as your coffee regularly is, but it needs to sit in the mug for a while. I haven't tried it again since it was a gift, but I really wanted it to appear quickly and work because otherwise this was a great mug and I would have given it 5 stars.

Tracking number was crap. Said my package was still in Dallas days after it was delivered. I paid an extra $25.00 to get it delivered by a certain day and then I got a notification that it was late. I messaged about it THREE times and all three responses were bull. They told me nothing. Once I finally got the product, you could see what was on it before you even got it hot, not very clearly, but you could still see it if you looked at it any closer or longer than a glance. But when you put it under the hot water the picture wouldn't show up any brighter or clearer than it did when the thing was ice cold. Would NOT buy again. Piece of crap.

We purchased this as a birthday gift and paid for the most expensive shipping, hoping to get it on time. It arrived on time but very disappointing and ruined the birthday surprise. The seller made a false advertisement about this mug's color changing. This mug is just a regular mug with NO COLOR CHANGING! According to the seller, different mugs are different (some glow in the dark, some reveal pictures with hot water), and the seller didn't distinguish them at all. We thought we ordered the one that reveals the picture with hot water, but the seller said it's the one that's supposed to glow in the dark. Again, there's no way to know this information when ordering it! It's not clear on the description at all! Also, this wrong item doesn't even glow in the dark (we tried both hot water and dark environment) but nothing's changed. Very disappointed. Here's a short summary of this product:1. regular mug with no color changing (tried both hot water and dark environment)2. misleading advertisement to know what the product really does3. low picture qualityupdate:the seller issued a full refund and was responsive to deal with my issue. they said they will update the misleading description as well.

I loved how it came out on the mug, the only thing I was a little disappointed is, you need a very hot temperature, like boiling temperature, for the pic to appear. Only machine made coffee won’t show. 😕 I wanted to make my fiancée a surprise making him breakfast using the mug, but didn’t come out as planned... 😅In general the product is great! Just make sure the beverage is at boiling temp. 😉 the package was very good and came intact!Thank you!

I designed this picture hoping it'd fit the whole cup or close to it and it did!The day I got it (today) I brewed a cup of coffee with the keurig to see if the black actually fades and it did INSTANTLY. Don't let the negative reviews steer you away because this is a great gift and it comes in the cutest box! I can't wait to give this to my sister for Christmas.

Had this mug redone but still it wasn't right!!..they had the picture way to small,,an then they put two pictures that were small on the cup..it didn't even stretch across the mug!..terrible..an this was a Christmas gift too..I just won't haven't his done again with them!!

OMG! I am more than happy with this gift! 😆 It was way better quality than I expected it to be because I used a picture from my phone. I was so excited that I gave it to my boyfriend early. I was going to give it to him for his birthday Dec. 22nd..but I couldn't contain myself LOL! I will definitely be getting more of these in the future. The only thing is..I wish that I could've made it a little smaller so that when he filled it he wouldn't have to fill it so high to see him and his daughters faces..other than that I'm still in love with it and he loved it..Also, it arrived way earlier than expected & it still said it wasn't delivered yet until days later..not complaining about that though..I'm glad that it did show up earlier than expected.. :) Thank y'all so much! I bought this as a gift for my grandfather for Christmas with him and my grandmother on it, as my grandmother passed away suddenly this past October. I wanted a way to give her to him and let me tell you the photo quality on it is beyond AMAZING! The photo is on BOTH sides of the cup AND it arrived earlier than the original delivery date, also came with the cutest little spoon and a gift box. He said he will have to walk around with hot water at all times and avoid anyone with ice, amazing and beautiful way for him to honor her memory I bragged to everyone about how amazing the cup turned out

I didnt like that they dont send a preview of what your photo will look like the on the mug. I emailed them a pic and they centred it. It doesnt even fill the white space and you cant see the picture when you are holding the mug by the handle. It looks ridiculous. The mug is nice quality, but I probably wont ever use it.

This was so easy to order - I just sent the maker an email with the photo image/logo and instructions on text. (I’ve waited out the name on this photo but please know that the text turned out perfectly). Great product! Came quickly too.

Cup was great, been following cleaning instruction. Today the black coating starto chip, Cups only 2 months old.

The mug itself is pretty nice looking but that's the only positive I have to giveThe image is horribly positioned, instead of covering the whole mug it's just sitting in the middle of itIf you want a mug that looks stolen from satan himself then I guess this is the mug for you

Arrived late because of the Corona virus outbreak. Not the seller's fault.Somehow happy with the result. The liquid has to be VERY hot to make the picture appear.
