It’s “ok”. I use it on a pretty standard dining room chair. Because there’s only one strap to attach to chair I found it kept sliding up into the wrong place and annoying me. So instead used the elastic strap to hook under the chair to stop it sliding up, then a bit of string tied to keep it in place. With my modifications it’s good and making me hold me posture.One thing though - the hard plastic dots are actually pretty uncomfortable and it would have been better just the netting to keep the posture shape.

I have a spinal disorder, which causes a lot of pain in the lower third of my back. I spend a lot of time sitting down as it is less painful than standing up. Less painful but far from pain-free.As I am spending more time sitting in an office chair than not, and what with having plenty of time on my hands to do things I would not usually do, this came up as a recommended item.For the price, I had nothing to lose so I ordered it. It only arrived 2 days ago, but OMG, the difference it has made is fantastic. It forces my posture, and it takes a lot of strain off my lower back, and it is actually comfortable to stay sat still rather than usually having to keep squirming around to alleviate the pain.It is one of those things that I literally wish I had bought years ago.I am pleased it showed up as a recommendation for sure.

I purchased this recently as I have had trouble with my back for the last year and whilst I use a back support at work, I do not have one for home.I didn’t know what to expect as it has a very low price point but I am so impressed and extremely happy with this. It is incredibly easy to attach to the chair and once on it has a mesh and rubber material which makes it super comfortable and a little bouncy to the touch. It improves my posture when sitting immensely which is the reason I bought it as whenever my posture starts to get sloppy, it makes my back pain much worse.A brilliant and quality support for the chair and highly recommended!

I brought this product as I am suffering back pain on my works chair . I found that after a while the item creeps down the chair and you are for ever pulling it back into place were you need it to be. The product now sits in the cupboard and I do not use it any more .

I bought this product due to COVID 19 lock-down and as it was recommended by a friend. Having to work from home and as I suffer with sciatica from time to time, decided that I needed back support due to not having a proper office chair at home. This product is very comfortable and supportive, it eases the pressure off your back by ensuring you to sit correctly. I have found it to be a good product which I would recommend. I use this product on my dinning room chairs which fits well. No problem at all using this back support.

Decent build quality. Nothing to compare it against though. Doesn’t resolve my issue but this is likely to do with my chair shape. It’s helpful that I can use it on other chairs etc.

With the current crisis going off in the world and having to work from home I have had to make my own temporary office after a few days it was already taking its toll on my lower back.I decided to give this a try before purchasing a new chair as this can really become expensive and it worked beyond expectations.Fantastic for lower back pains and making you keep better posture. Very comfortable and you won’t even notice it’s there after a while.Would certainly recommend to others
