Really thick strong bags. I've heard of complaint these products are not well sealed. Do this. Zip the bag closed with the white thumb tab. Then use your fingertips to press the edge seal very tight. Press hard and slide your fingertips hard as you drag it across the edge. Problem is the white tab alone doesn't do a very good job of insuring a perfect seal. After you do this open the seal an inch, sit on the bag to squeeze out as much air as you can or just roll it like a roll cake. Then use you fingertips to reseal the bag. These are indeed great bags for storage, traveling, shrinking storage bulk, etc. Manufacturers need to write and draw instructions that the white tab cannot crea in e a perfect seal. Must use your fingers.

In the picture, I used a large bag and put a mattress pad inside. I mainly just wanted to test to see if these bags worked. Sure enough, I was able to fit that pad inside the bag and once I vacuumed all of the air out, it was practically flat. When it did flatten out, I was able to kind of manipulate the shape of the bag so I could store it in my cabinet better. In another large bag, I was able to put a comforter inside and again, lay the flatten bag right on top of the other. So easy to use and they are still flat in my cabinet. I've definitely made so much more room since using these bags.

I have a bunch of pillows and no where to store them, so I picked up some vac bags and these really suck the air down and never popped once. Two queen sized 4in deep pillows sucked down to a couple of inches, easy more than 70% reduction, however, these bags were sucked down to a hard compressed bag, just awesome. The big thing is though, it stays that way too after storing to where I am very happy with the purchase.

The last time I bought bags like this was about 15 years ago, they didn’t start of great and overtime have devolved into something resembling a grocery bag without handles and clothes thrown in. Honestly speaking I’d say everyone of us are dealing with limited closet space leaving us with no option than to stuff everything in a drawer resulting in a complete mess every time you dive in for a specific shirt. Something I wasn’t prepared for was the amount of choices available, they even come with a bicycle pump! which makes no sense , I want to take things out, not add more stuff ! I also don’t need a set of 20 bags. It’s always a bit of a gamble but these were a realistic amount of bags at a really great price. I can’t fault the quality, these feel sturdy, the zippers are thick and the valve really locks down. Almost on arrival i folded up some t-shirts, vacuumed out the air and it compressed perfectly. I eventually used two large bags and three of the smaller one and compressed half my closet and about 4 large drawers, then put everything on a top shelf in my closet. Crazy ! I should have bought these a long time ago, but the problem with home basics is they sit low on our needs list which they shouldn’t. One thing I’d love to see added in a future design would be side gussets to just get a tiny more space in each bag

I like to change out my comforters with the seasons and the holidays but quite frankly, I’m running out of room to store them! Decided to give this a try and super glad I did! They were easy to use - I was able to fit a king size in the largest bag. The vaccume house fit just right and the cap holds nice and tight. I’m now able to store 3 comforts in an area I was previously only storing 1.

The overall size of them are would you expect at 28” allowing a bunch of clothes or whatever to get in there before being compressed. They work great for saving space and being stored under my bed as long as you don’t need to access anything inside of them which then becomes a hassle. They also make it useful for trips as long as the other side has something to use. I am not sure I would change anything for a vacuums sealed bag 4 pack.

The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely fabulous. It seems with middle-age comes a delight in actually getting these things to work properly. I ordered these on the Saturday, they arrived Sunday evening and Monday morning they were already in use nd packed away. Desperately needed to sort my 'airing' cupboard out. I now have 4 single duvets, 1 double duvet, and 6 pillows packed into a space that would previously only hold the duvets - at a push.Each bag is spacious enough to hold 2 x winter single duvets or two pillows (probably three, but I didn't want to bust the bag). The one way valve worked every single time and it takes between 15-30 seconds to suck all the air out. You can also do it by kneeling on it if you don't have a vac, but it won't be as effective.Top tip: put a card in each bag with what's enclosed. A duvet looks like a pillow when all the air is removed. And you won't stand a chance of distinguishing single from double otherwise.

I bought three packs of these bags to store all of my daughters clothes in that she no longer fits in. They’re honestly easy to use and are pretty great. I had 5 jumbo boxes with all this clothes in so really needed to save some space and keep the clothes free from moths etc in loft so opted to vacuum pack. The image taken is after a few days of being vacuumed and so far so good.One of the bags so far have failed, had to be discarded, looks like it had a small puncture- hence the 4 stars only. Seems it was just faulty as all the others seem perfectly fine so far.I will update my review in a few months time to give a more accurate view on wether they will stay like this or if they let air back in.

This is a winter jacket that my husband dont want to wear at the moment so have to store in closet, this vacuum bag does the job and it is in good size to fit duvet or pillows.

I was very disappointed with this item, considering the price I paid for it. You expect quality, but that wasn't the case for me. In the photos and on receipt, it looked very sturdy, and was the perfect size for what we needed, the instructions were excellent ,and it seemed so simple to use. Sadly within a couple of minutes, 3 of the bags re-inflated, as each one had a pin hole in a similar place on all 3 in the top corner near the opening seal, bit of a coincidence I think!..once you could hear the air escaping, you could see the hole. As we had inflated them we guessed they could not be returned, so the only way to make sure they sealed was to cover them with sellotape, which seems to be doing the job. I have one left to use and I hope that one at least seals first time. I need to buy some more storage bags but they won't be these.I would be interested in a feedback from the supplier as to maybe replacing the faulty bags. Since posting the review, I have noticed that the last bag which hasn't been used, has the 2 sides id the bag fused at the point of the pinholes, I believe this is a fault in manufacture and I would like to make contact with Suob to discuss the problem. Maybe they have received a faulty batch,or maybe I was just unlucky..
