I'm not the type to write reviews, but this time I had to because I'm very surprised and pleased. I have been searching for a good laminator for the longest time. It also had to fit larger size laminating sheets. This machine fits the bill on all accounts. The fast heat up time was definitely a plus for me. I tried it out and I got clear pictures with no haziness at all on the first pass. With its two roller system everything comes out without the worry of those air bubbles too. All in all I am one happy customer. I think I'm going to order a second one for my granddaughters.

Watch out!! I only use the laminator occasionally. It started smoking and began melting the plastic housing into the rollers. I unplugged it as it caught fire. Since I bought it, I only used it about 50 times. It's a home and office fire hazard!!!!

I was hesitant given some other reviews but I adored my previous two laminators from Royal Sovereign but the one that could handle 5 mil laminating. When I plugged it in, it did start smoking (little wisps of white smoke that you have to focus to see, nothing major. I let it fully warm up, and I used a menu-sized laminating pouch to laminate a file folder game (on the 5 mil). This laminator was fast and so efficient, it was perfectly laminated after one very quick run through, so no flipping the folder over and running it through multiple times. I managed to laminate eighteen file folder games in around six minutes and they came out perfectly. No jams. No bunched up lamination. I would give it five stars but the smoking definitely concerned me and I couldn’t find any information from the company, product manual, website, or anywhere else that explained why it happened or if it was a defect. It did slightly smoke again heating it up a second time, but it was minimal and stopped once I started laminating. I definitely wish the company would address the smoking issue.

I have been looking for a good laminating machine for a long time when I saw this was made so well and a lot closer to home I was very optimistic in making a purchase. The directions were very clear and easy to read. I've already used it a couple of times and I love it! I have a lot of family memorabilia (newspaper clippings and the such) and I plan to use it for in my scrapbooking of these old family treasures! It's AWESOME and very well made!

Me pareció muy fácil de usar, trabaja muy bien la laminación, su tamaño es muy práctico porque no ocupa mucho espacio, excelente compra.

This is fine upgrade to my old machine, especially the features of quick warm-up and automatic shut-off. Excellent laminates.

I had my laminator for about a year and all was fine... until it wasn't. I turned it on as usual today and within seconds it caught fire. Not sure what shorted out but I came straight to the reviews and it looks like I am not the only person who has had this issue. Luckily I was standing near the machine and was able to get it out of my office before it caught anything else on fire. FIRE HAZARD!!!

Para empezar está bien, pero he escuchado que otra marca de laminadora es mejor, necesitaré probar las dos para dar una mejor opinión, este artículo calienta bien pero no se adhiere el foil en su totalidad.

En general como diseño de laminadora está muy padre. Es de buen tamaño tanto de largo, ancho y alto, la parte superior es de cristal resistente y el cable tiene buena longitud para poderla acomodar en diferentes lugares. Lo malo es la experiencia que da en su uso, al menos en mi caso al hacer el laminado usando bopp y papel fotográfico de 150gr. la calidad del resultado no es buena ya que sale con arrugas y por lo general es en el mismo lugar lo que me hace pensar que es un problema de la laminadora. He probado con otros gramajes de papel y el resultado es variado, también he usado cinta para fijar los papeles e introducirlos sin arrugas y el resultado no es el óptimo. El instructivo no especifica si debe o no usarse algún plástico transportador que mejore la calidad del producto final. Por ultimo, he dejado de usarla porque prefiero no echar a perder más materiales. Ojalá puedan dar alguna recomendación pues al final por el precio y la marca pensé que serían una muy buena inversión para el trabajo que realizo y pues no ha sido lo que esperaba. U___U

Es una verdadera porquería, los rodillos de silicón se fundieron, se derritieron al calor del uso pensamos que nuestro papel había sido el problema, que se había enredado pero no! Fueron los rodillos la destapamos para ver cuál fue el problema y oh sorpresa los dos rodillos de silicón casi desechos. NO LA RECOMIENDO PARA NADA muy bonita pero cero FUNCIONAL 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 CARISIMA Y BONITA PERO NO SIRVE NO TE ENGAÑES CON LAS RESEÑAS QUE TIENE.
