Silver Spoon Icing Sugar, 1 kg

I've recently started baking and decorating cakes and cup cakes. I was always disappointed with the results using ready made buttercream. I started making my own using Silver Spoon and a good quality unsalted butter. The difference was amazing. This icing sugar makes a lovely smooth buttercream. Use butter( at room temp for 24 hours) it should be soft but not oily. Beat in mixer for 10 min. until pale and fluffy then add the Silver Spoon in two lots beating for 5 min each time lastly add flavouring and or milk. It never makes a gritty or lumpy cream and pipes showing fine detail. A great sugar.
