The taste is overwhelming I can’t seem to ever finish one cup of tea , but it does do the job of being able to Calm me down With its natural herbs After Half my cup It takes about couples minutes to finally Feel the affects .

Probably my favorite of the Yogi teas, Relaxed Mind is a great sage-heavy herbal tea and less sweet than some of their other calming teas.

Yogi Teas are always top quality. This will relax you so a nice before bed tea or during a stressed out day.

Excellent tea that I have lovingly nicknamed "hippie" tea. Calms the mind and body so effectively that I turned my good friend in Puerto Rico into a yogi brand fan too. Only complaint I have is with the shipment choice that Amazon went with ... a paper BAG! so, of course, it arrived totally smashed flat. meanwhile flattened, vacu-packed pillows i recently ordered from Amazon were shipped in a large and sturdy CARDBOARD box. if you can, purchase yogi tea in your local grocery store.
