Power naps no longer needed
I am a chronic night-owl forced to live in an early-bird world. I try to avoid caffeinated drinks, so I've made due by occasionally sneaking out of work to take an uncomfortable power nap in my car, but I am always tired. I didn't notice an immediate difference, but after taking these for a week or so, I noticed that I was no longer dying when 3pm rolled around. I really appreciate this product - it works!

Great Morning Boost
Very invigorating and helped give me morning boost. Also helped with my nerve issues while going through Bells Palsy. The taste is not one easy to swallow but it's a quick shot.

Convenient, effective, great product
I have pernicious anemia. Without b-12 supplementation I become tired and foggy-minded. I’ve been taking shots for years, and nothing is more effective, but I’m inconsistent— I forget, I run out of product or needles; then there is the anxiety associated with poking myself. While b-12 pills are shelf-stable and liquids are bio-available, the Vitabaum system is the only one I know of that’s both. After three weeks I went to the dr and my b-12 levels were actually a little high. I now take about 3 doses per week and I am very happy. Great, convenient, and effective product.
