My favorite noodles: cold soba is one of the best menu for summer.

We have tried so many different brands of soba noodles. As a matter of fact, I've been eating Soba noodle all my life and I can honestly say that this brand isn't good at all. After boiling the noodle in the hot water, the noodle's texture isn't what I expected and even our kids noticed that this soba noodle doesn't taste like it should. Get a different brand of Soba noodle. We would NOT recommend this brand.
