the packaging sucks now, but i wanted to write and verify that this is the right product. i initially held off on buying it for a while, because that was unclear.

One of the better-known and more widely available K-beauty lines from South Korean conglomerate Amore Pacific to make the move into the U.S. market. Marketed as "eco-friendly beauty" Innisfree products have won multiple beauty awards. Personally, I'm a big fan of the mist from this Black Tea line—it leaves skin more refreshed than my former favorite Emma Hardie, plus is half the price—so was eager to try this newly-added serum.This very thin lotion texture serum comes boxed, with an eyedropper dispenser that works, but might have been better served as a pump. It claims to help firm, brighten and even skin tone while reducing wrinkles and its key ingredients are antioxidant black tea extract with peptides that help accelerate skin renewal, leading to a brighter, more even complexion ; Hyaluronic Acid, which helps skin better absorb and retain moisture; and Niacinamide, which helps smooth skin and reduce the look of pores.Like most serums it's designed to be applied to bare skin, underneath your regular moisturizer and SPF. (If you care about your skin at all, always, always wear sunscreen!) This serum absorbs well and dries quickly, and isn't at all sticky. This Innisfree youth enhancing serum with black tea is a really nice serum for using on your face at night! I like to use retinols and acids on my face throughout the week, which can be a lot for my skin to handle. So, a serum like this is perfect for ensuring my skin doesn’t get irritated and stays hydrated, as it does also include hyaluronic acid.Because it includes hyaluronic acid, I make sure to spray my face with a facial water before applying this product on, as it will help to lock in moisture. I find this serum works best when applying it after my retinol or acid and after my moisturizer. I like using it as the last step in my night routine to lock all of my products in.The serum comes in a nice heavy glass container with a screw off dropper style lid. The serum is a bit of a thicker consistency and is a clear/creamy color. It also doesn’t have too strong of a scent. It smells lightly of essential oils, kind of like a spa type of smell. Because of that, it has worked well with my sensitive skin.Whenever I wake up in the morning after using this serum, my skin feels extremely soft and looks hydrated. I also haven’t had any unusual breakouts from this serum.Overall, this is a really nice night serum that I will definitely continue to use!

This is my first time using anything by Innisfree. I have seen them at Sephora and was very excited to give this serum a try. After using it for a few weeks, I can say that I really like it. Hyaluronic Acid is part of my regular nighttime skincare routine already, so it was easy to switch to this one. At first I didn't notice any scent to it, but when I rubbed it in, but then I started to catch a light, fruity scent that smells nice. This serum isn't too thick or too runny. It absorbs quickly. There's no tackiness or stickiness left on my finger tips. This serum hydrates and plumps nicely. I will also note that I have pretty sensitive skin and this doesn't bother me in anyway.
