Inexpensive and does the job

I have been working out since I was 13, I am not 52. I rarely use belts these days but in recent months have been starting to lift heavy again. I have used many types of builds from powerlifting to bodybuilding belts, this particular build is very comfortable and fits well. It can be released quickly. The only downfall is that you have to completely unbuckle it to remove it since you are weaved into the locking arm. Not enough of an issue to even score it down, but thought I would mention it.

This convenience ensures that bringing it to the gym or carrying it around during other exercises is a breeze.However, I do find the locking mechanism a bit tricky to operate. It can make tightening the belt fully a bit challenging. Nonetheless, I've found that I can still use it effectively without engaging the lock bar.
