As someone who struggles with chronic back pain from sitting at a desk all day, this Trideer Yoga Ball has been a lifesaver. I started using it as a home office chair replacement, and the difference is remarkable. The gentle bouncing and need to engage my core while sitting have significantly improved my posture and reduced my lower back pain.The anti-slip surface keeps me stable, even during long work hours, and the anti-burst material feels incredibly durable—I never worry about it deflating unexpectedly. I’ve also used it for stretching and light core workouts, which have further alleviated tension in my back.If you’re looking for a simple, effective way to ease back pain, I highly recommend the Trideer Yoga Ball. Great for pregnancy! I used mine through the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Color is very pretty, easy to pump up, and feels durable.

First, love the purple color. It’s like a muted grape hue. Packaging was good. Comes with pump, instructions, 3 plugs, plug remover, measuring tape (see photos). The deflated ball looks really small when you first take it out of the packaging. Don’t worry, it’ll inflate to size. A lot of people’s reviews says the ball doesn’t get to size. When I first started pumping up the ball, I got it to inflate to the lower end of the size range (55 inches) pretty easily. Took about 10 min of constant pumping with the included pump. I waited a few minutes and then added about 20 more pumps of air, waited a few minutes again, added more air. Eventually, it got to the high end of the size range (65 inches) without too much extra effort. The whole set up took maybe 20 minutes. The instructions say to wait a day after you initially inflate the ball if it’s not getting to size, then add more air to allow the PVC material to stretch, but I didn’t have this issue. The only thing slightly negative I’ll say is that if you are looking for a specific sized ball and want it to be on the softer side (more give when you sit on it), size up. I inflated my ball to 65 inches (max for the L size) and it’s pretty hard, not a lot of give when I sit on it (then again, I’m on the smaller size). The overall size of the ball is good and what I expected, but I think I would’ve preferred an XL ball that’s not as inflated. For reference I’m 5’3” and 115lbs and I bought this ball for gentle exercise/stretching and for early labor. The current height of the ball fully inflated would also make it perfect as a desk chair as well and the firmness would be ideal for sitting for longer periods. My feet touch the ground fine and it’s easy to balance on it. If it were any squishier, I don’t think it would be an ideal desk chair as I’d sink into it too much. Overall, it’s a quality ball, just make sure you’re ordering the right size. I’d recommend getting the size where your expected size falls in the lower-middle inflated size range.

Great thick quality, color just like the picture. I’m currently pregnant and love using this for stretching! I would rate it 5 stars, however, I’m 5’7 and this ball, size Large, is a little short for my liking. My knees are slightly above my waist so if you’re tall I’d suggest getting the XL so your knees can be below your waist

This is a great multi purpose exercise ball. I ordered one for therapy exercises after I hurt my back. Love the color choices. Easy to inflate and very durable material and also great price.

Great yoga ball! Material is fairly durable but it won't hold up to kitty claws so definitely keep out of reach of the feline family members! Great price for the quality! I love the pretty colors to choose from! Firmness depends on the level of inflation but when you blow it all the way up it's very firm! Has the right amount of give/bounce to it, great for stretching your back or sitting on top strengthen your core! I didn't notice any strong/foul odor, it smells like you would expect this type of plastic to smell! It came with extra plugs and a foot pump which allowed for a fun little leg workout to pump it up!

I’ve been really enjoying this yoga ball for pregnancy exercises! It’s perfect for any type of flooring due to its texture which is great so you don’t slip off it. It does need to be re-inflated sometimes but not super often which is to be expected with most balls. Overall works well for its purpose!
