It's just beautiful. I had to get through a few ugly and flimsy one to figure out that there is a good brand. So this is it. I don't have money but I like nicer things.

I splurged on this 21" expandable Bric Capri carry on because it had the important added features I wanted in a hard sided case, and it seemed smaller than most which, I was looking for to avoid any carry on issues. It has an easy access front compartment with a battery hook up (battery not included) . I also wanted something that expands because I am bringing back some souvenirs always. In recent years I have learned to be a minimalist packer and to not check bags for a bunch of reasons, even on longer trips. The biggest reason being the inconvenience of waiting forever for my luggage to get from plane to pick up carousel at my destination, not to mention the getting lost or beat up factors. So I need a bag that: A) gets past the counter clerk without an issue so I can carry it on without it getting tagged, B) allow for a lot of storage, and C) be tech savvy current. This bag definitely meets the second two needs, but the first we will have to wait and see since I haven't flown with it yet. It is a bit wider than I expected, even with the bag not expanded. But it is roomy, so there has to be some trade off I guess. It is beautifully made and has an easy access battery charging port that I wanted for recharging my electronics anywhere and anytime. The wheels seem great and the bag is very light (good for my "woman of a certain age" self). The handle works well but does seem a little wobbly. Honestly, that has been the case with every carry on I've used and it has not been an issue overall. There's just gonna be some play in a handle that telescopes unless you wanna drop a few more Benjamins I guess. It is heavy duty enough. The design and color scheme of the bag is lovely to look at, with really nice leather accents (blue/ivory/tan). Very pleased with this splurge overall, and time will tell about the wear quality and carry on ability. Pretty sure it will be fine.
