A different set I bought previously were gr8, light & thin, but would easily bend when the ice cream just out of the freezer was too solid. These are a bit thicker, tho' not as cumbersomely thick as the ceramic or re-usable plastic spoons, & tres chic, as they say in France :)

Serves the purpose and is of good quality.

I bought this product for soup and cereal serving to children and elderly. It works well for both ages & keeps dripping to a minimum. It is attractive and stores compactly. I bought more for myself and also think it would make a nice gift.
