Took a few weeks for my little guy to notice it but he’s wandered towards it all on his own today and looks super comfy now 🥰. I think this will be his new spot going forward.

Not well made, not keeping it's shape. Very disappointing

If I had written this review a month ago, it would have received 5 stars because my shi-poo absolutely loved it! It was soft, and she loved curling up in it. I thought it was a little pricey, but so worth it to see my sweet girl so comfy and relaxed. Fast forward to today, when I decided it was time to give the beloved bed a wash (front loader, delicate cycle). About 10 minutes in, I noticed it looked very “soapy” in the washer. However, when I took a closer look, I realized it wasn’t soap at all, but all the fluff from inside the bedding! The bed had completely come apart at the seams. What a waste of money. We got less tan 3 months out of this bed. The description of this product states that the bed is machine washable! It is not. I am so disappointed. My dog even more so.

Just a little background first: after several expensive tests, my vet has diagnosed my kitty with depression due to loss of our other cat who was her mate since she was eight weeks old and until she was just over 8 years old. she has been chewing the fur off her back and underside so that she's bald. I bought this bed for my kitty because we are in the process of adopting a rescue cat as a companion for her and we purchased a new bed for our rescue kitty and didn't want her to feel left out. it took her most of a day to get in it, but immediately upon getting in she started to do what i call the pick and leak - where they knead and their mouth leaks kitty spit :) i have not seen my kitty do this since her mate passed away and it's been a while, almost 2 years. to me the "pick and leak" is a state where they are at the most comfortable they can be while feeling safe and secure and it was so wonderful to see my sad kitty be able to do this and it was this bed that gave her the opportunity. i don't know if it is the softness of the material of the bed or the high walls that are advertised to make your pet feel safe and secure or a combination of both. my kitty has pooped herself out picking and leaking and she is now sound asleep in the bed and she looks so peaceful and comfortable. to have my kitty be able to enjoy a good pick and leak made the purchase of this bed worth every single penny and i hope there are many more to come. Update: My kitty loves this bed. she hasn't really gotten out of it except to eat since last night. she likes the high sides and rests her head on them. she has also curled up completely inside it and stretched out and the bed stretches with her so she can pretty much lay however she wants in this bed and still be comfortable. i would highly recommend this bed as I've never seen my kitty take to a bed like this. i'm pretty sure she recommends it too :)
