HillyUnisex Marathon Fresh - Anklet - Min Cushioning, Running Sock

I have a few pairs of these. I got my first pair over 5 years ago. It has been run in and washed almost weekly and it’s still going strong. Extremely well built and high quality socks.Unlike other running socks, I have never had a blister wearing these. I’ve worn them for multiple half marathons and slightly longer runs, as well as long walks. They’re very comfortable, fitting my foot really well.I would recommend this synthetic marathon model over the partially-merino wool ultramarathon model. I’ve found the ultramarathon model became bobbled and quite scratchy after a few years, leading to a risk of blisters, wheras the marathon ones are still smooth and work as well as the day I got them.Honestly I cannot recommend these enough, they are a perfect product in my eyes. Totally worth the extra money. I just bought two more pairs to replace my ultramarathon pair, but I think my first pair of this model have another 5 years in them easily! I don’t think I would ever buy any other running socks.

Didn't realise how much 'sport specific socks' affect your training. I simply googled top rated marathon socks UK and these were in the top 5. Can't complain, they are brilliant, helped with comfort and reduce friction. It's not 5* PURELY because I have bought another pair from other seller and they're slightly more padded than these ones. It's personal preference really HOWEVER would still recommend these and will be buying again. Thank you!
