Received broke, laid back & broke not worth $500
Please do not waste your time or money. Quality control extremely bad, wiggle left arm, left arm was also torn taking it out of the box on the underside. I laid-back and it broke immediately left backside of chair. Not made of solid wood some type of pressboard., The chair broke seemingly at where it was joined together. Not a solid framed wood in the back. Seeing the steel bottom of the chair makes you believe good quality chair. Back of chair was extremely light you could tell there was hardly any wood frame in the back portion. Feels like a pressboard . I’m not surprised it broke. Anyone with any type of weight ( they advertise 300 pounds that would never fly in this chair)laying back on it would break sooner or later. Did try the mechanical part hardly any heat and there is hardly any cushioning.,You can tell The vibrating mechanisms coming through the bottom part of wear legs rest. Also I am 5-5 my feet just about reach the end fully extended. Not comfortable. I contacted the company immediately of course they said they were on the phone and leave a message that was within an hour of FedEx dropping it off at my house. 845pm at night still no phone call. I’m a 61-year-old woman with health issues and needed this chair for upcoming surgery knee replacement and back surgery. I paid a neighbor $50 to bring the chair in because it was heavy on the bottom part and put it together for me. With the warranty and everything and well over $650 into this chair and it doesn’t work. I’ll contact the company again tomorrow I’ll let everyone know exactly how it goes. If they allow this review.

Worth Every Penny
The disabled person using this chair says that it is far more comfortable than the previous lift recliner in use. One look at the bottom shows how much better constructed this is than the last lift chair, or than ANY average piece of furniture—large stainless steel bolts and SOLID steel plates. Wide seat, very well padded, soft material, and gotta LOVE those retractable cup holders. Massage works well. Would not hesitate to recommend or purchase again—though it looks like something that won't need to be replaced anytime soon.
