I am picking up a hobby I had 30 years ago and realised I had not lost my enthusiasm. The main constraint is patience. Each grit run can be 2 weeks in duration and a learning curve in itself. You Tube offer assistance that would have been manor from heaven when I first started so take full advantage. Everything easy when you know how.

I bought this gift for my 5yo granddaughter for Christmas. she was so excited to use it. Imagine her and her mum's disappointment when they went to use it and the noise was like having a cement mixer in their flat-and it has to rumble for 24 hours. no way is this a suitable gift for a child-noise abatement issues would follow suit. we are returning and expect full-refund. Love this lil machine already! Easy set up, right size, great quality. ( I also cushion mine because it can be pretty loud )

Brilliant little tumbler for the money and amazing customer service!!I had an issue with mine after about 3 weeks, I contacted them on the Friday afternoon and by 11am on Sunday I had a brand new one in my hands.It’s quiet, cheap to run and it does the job very well.I’ll be purchasing more in the future!!

This will be a superbly stimulating Christmas present for my 8 year old grandson and i hope will further descale his inquisitive nature and more I'm[ortantly keep him away from his gaming console

Working very well so far. Rubber design makes it quieter than cheaper plastic versions but still noisy - make sure you have somewhere out of the way you can set it going. Don’t forget this is a way to speed up natural erosion so each stage (there are 5) will take about a week, maybe more depending on the stones you’re working with
