I had already been using these, primarily bought due to containing tocotrienols. Gobsmacked at how tiny the caps are.I wondered if I could find better and cheaper but, after almost going blind, I concluded no. These are the best and price wise, actually reasonable.I wanted a product with tocotrienols. These contain all four.My reading is that tocopherols may actually do more harm than good and one could even cancel out the benefits of the tocotrienols (which are only recently being realised). I honestly don't know if this happens with a complex of all 8 but, for the time being, I bow to the knowledge of the manufacturer.The products at the cheaper (and not so cheap) end of the price range, generally appear useless and a complete waste of money. Supplements should be regulated like medicines for humans.Certainly do not exceed one cap a day. I see some evidence that this, Vitamin K2-MK7 and D3 should be taken at night as they help with sleep. I was taking in the morning but now am switching to nocte for comparison.All in all, I am happy and hope these with help prevent stroke, CHD, and arterial blockage/dementia, which run in the family.

These contain the broad spectrum of all types of vitamin E, not just alpha-tocopherol. You need a mix of all the tocopherols and tocotrientols, not just one. This product is also vegan and not derived from soy, can't fault it really.Hopefully will replenish my deficient vitamin E levels.

This is my first time trying out Vitamin E. I chose this as it was vegan.I wasn't sure what to expect or how long it would take before I noticed any changes, if at all. I was surprised to find that my body reacted within days.I had my menopause 2 years ago, though since taking this Vitamin E, which I understand maintains hormonal balance, my body reacted, got switched on again, boobs got sore, ovulation cycle switched back on again, and my hormones were definitely stirring up again. It wasn't just a one day wonder either as it has continued ever since taking, every day, my body feels and reacts as it did when I was having my periods (without getting into too much personal intimate detail).I read Vitamin E is good for vision, promotes digestion and maintains cardiac functions, amongst other benefits.I like the transparency of the capsule which is very small, light and easy to swallow. It feels like swallowing a light bulb 🤣 due to it's transparency and yellow brightness! I like that! Feels like I am taking a magic capsule rather than taking a thick hard to swallow pill.It is early days yet as I have only been taking it for under 3 weeks. I will update more later as time goes on if anything stands out. I will definitely be continuing to take this Vitamin E brand as I like how they designed the tiny transparent capsule (makes me smile). 👍☺️

These capsules are fine, if a little difficult to handle due to their incredibly diminutive size, but they have a strange, almost fishy smell about them, not dissimilar to cod liver oil capsules. No idea why, as far as I can tell there's no actual fish anywhere near them considering they're supposedly vegan, but there we go. At least they deliver a decent helping of vitamin E, though they are a more expensive option.

I've had a few Vegavero products and have always been impressed by their quality and efficacy. These vegan-friendly vitamin E capsules are no exception. The capsule shells are vege cellulose. Contained inside those capsules is a blend of MCT oil (from coconut), rice bran oil extract and two colourings - chlorophyll and chlorophyllin - which have health-giving properties (they are natural chemicals derived from green plants). Why chlorophyll and chlorophyllin are listed as "colourings" on the label is perplexing. I mean, they are green - I know that - but no one is going to see that greenness through the outer capsules. I'm presuming that the chlorophyll and chlorophyllin were included to give this supplement additional health benefits rather than for aesthetic purposes... and the "colouring" designation on the label is superfluous. That's a side issue, though, and an unimportant one. What matters is that everything in this supplement is natural, healthy and cruelty free.The health benefits of vitamin E are wide and varied. This product delivers an optimal daily dose of this important vitamin in a natural, bioavailable form that the human body can easily absorb and utilise. The same cannot be said about synthetic high-dose tocopherol supplements. Go natural and go cruelty free. This is the way.
