Siberian Green Maral Root Tea Loose Powder 300g (10.58oz) Wild Harvested Leuzea Rhaponticum carthamoides from Altai Wild Harvested

I put 2-3 heaped teaspoons of this root into a steel mesh tea ball, add approx 10 oz boiling water and let it steep for AT LEAST 30 min. After 30 min I give it a couple of swirls and it's ready to drink. The beverage has a bit of an earthy taste to it but otherwise the taste is sort of pleasant, if you had maral root before, you'll recognize the flavor, and the smell. The effects it has on me are definitely what I'd expect of maral root a.k.a leuzea a.k.a. rhaponticum carthamoides . The bag contains 10oz of maral root so it'll last me a while. I'll be definitely buying again, hopefully the next batches are as good as the one that I received this week. PS After you finish your beverage, you can steep it for the 2nd time and the 2nd steep is still pretty good in terms of effects, although it's obviously not as strong as the 1st.

Ich habe diesen Tee bestellt aufgrund der guten Bewertungen.Dieser kam auch schnell an.Beim ersten Zubereiten des Tees stellte ich fest dass er voller Kieselsteine ist.Entweder gab es keinen Qualitätskontrolle oder dies ist beabsichtigt um das Produkt zu erschweren.Es war auch nicht möglich das Produkt zurückzuschicken.Erst der Amazonkundenservice konnte das Problem klären. It certainly has an earthy taste. They recommend various ways to consume this, but I feel the best way is mixing it with water and drinking it very fast. It’s not that it tastes bad, it just doesn’t taste good. I’m sure you could mix it in a nice thick smoothie and you probably would barely notice it. One of my best friends is from Siberia and he swears that this stuff works. It’s certainly not gonna hurt anything to keep drinking it every day. It’s hard to tell you if it’s working or not, because you need to obviously exercise while building muscle mass. But my friend is very health-conscious and he is generally correct about these things, so his endorsement is my endorsement.
