A friend SWEARS by her mat for relaxation, better sleep, and de-stressing. It is pretty...pokey at first and you really need to wear a bit thicker than one layer of cotton at first. Have I slept great yet? No, I am I consistent with using it? No, But I like it. I'll get there!

This was actually a birthday gift for a friend who farms. He calls it the torture device but confirmed that it gives him pain relief and a better night's sleep. He did say that it's uncomfortable for the first few minutes laying on it, but then it's better and it's absolutely worth it for the improved sleep.

Love these matts for pain they really do help

I was in a car accident that caused herniated disc and bulging disc, and this mat has helped tremendously with relieving pain. The two balls also work wonders for any problem areas that need more direct attention.

I like it but not really healthful

We really liked this set for the price. It helps relieve stress and pain and it easy to use in bed or on top of a yoga mat. The travel bag is awesome and makes for easy storage when not in use.

The spikes are very dull, to the point of being ineffective. The blunt edges don’t do what this mat should do.
