Some reviewers complain that this product has a yucky taste--of course, because it is not artificially flavored. It actually tastes like real broth. You want natural stuff, deal with the inconveniences of what's natural. A naturally grown apple will not be very sweet, will be smaller than what you can find in grocery stores, and will rot faster than the grocery store stock. (Not paid review!)

I looked at the nutrition factors and it was excellent along with the price, I assumed it would be a good choice, after a few sips you have a feeling of wanting to vomit it's like rancid meat I had no idea it was not returnable I was searching to find out where the bones came from to get these ingredients and it doesn't say anything other than Zabihah Halal,I truly feel this product should be researched more to make sure it's safe! I love Amazon and their quick shipping as far as this product it's a thumbs down don't waste your money, unless you're able to consume things that taste rancid

Yes the taste is unadorned. I love beef but I did have to add whatever sauces I had on hand such as soy sauce, teriyaki, I had gyoza sauce right now. It is hard to take alone. I liked Kelly Ann’s for just grab and go. But this brand is fine doctored up. I’m diabetic and do low carb so just the bare amount of sauces needed to make it palatable. Heck it even tastes good now.

This may very well be a wholesome and good-for-you broth, but IMHO - it lacks in flavor. As for other comments about "true broth" as an explanation for the taste, I'm not sure. I've made home made broth in the past and it came out much more flavorful than this. Whatever your reason for drinking broth is - if taste and enjoyment are high on your list, find another product.

Our diet focuses on lean meats, we rarely pay attention to the immensely dense non-meaty part of animals.We use this bone broth with with most of the food we fook, we add a table spoon or two to the rice, quinoa, or any gravy we cook and the result is a flavorful meal.Highly recommend, and especially that it's Halal and Grass-fed.

So I purchased this thinking I could add it to my dogs food given it is just one ingredient bone broth and I needed to find bone powder to add for him.. My dog ended up with the poops even though I only added a tiny amount. I see though that there maybe other ingredients in it that might not be listed? Not sure if I'm reading the description correctly. We're are still trying to get him back in check. The bag is huge filled to the brim which would have been great but now we're stuck with a ton of bone broth we can't use. I can't say weather it's good or not. It seemed to upset his belly. I also gave this a try myself, the flavor is horrible though I'm not sure I'll try again, if anyone wants to try it I'll move then happily give it away. Hopefully this was a little helpful

I just had my first cup with 1 tablespoon and lemon. It was perfect - all easily dissolved and an unnoticeable smell or taste.
