Best way to keep guys from flirting with me and keeping my eyes safe at job sites!
Nerdy style safety glasses? O yeah! I’ll take them! Love the thick brim and style! Keeps the contractors from trying to flirt! But when you’re at a construction site, you should be paying attention to what’s above you and flying at you! FTR, something flew at me one day and hit these glasses. Cut my cheek but protected my eyes. They didn’t shatter while doing their job! I loved these and much more cost effective than going through RH for them! Get ‘em, ladies and gents!

These sunglasses are rated Z87. They are not rated for high impact, only Z87+ has that.
I really want to love the Titus Retro Style. They come with a carry bag and a microfiber cloth. (see image 1) This is nice, it keeps the lenses from getting dirty or scratched up, a challenge facing all my other pairs of safety glasses. Yes, they cost more, but you should have a carry case for your glasses (seriously!) and these are the only pair that came with one.The biggest issue with these glasses is the safety rating: Z87, not Z87+. (see photo #2.) They have some safety properties, but the most important, impact resistance, is lacking. So, why do these exist? I can't think of a situation where Z87 glasses would be necessary, but Z87+ wouldn't simply be the better choice. However, I knew this going in, so if these glasses really impressed me, I'd have given it a positive review. At first, things seemed great! The glasses folded up flat (see image 3). That's great; unlike any pair of impact rated safety glasses, they'll slide into your pocket or into your car's sunglasses tray.Things only got better on my first outdoor test. I went out wearing a mask on an overcast, slightly rainy day. The golden-yellow tint of these glasses were almost magical - they tricked my eyes into seeing the world as if it were sunny out! (see photo #4) I'd never experienced anything like it. Of course that gold tint is too extreme on a sunny day or indoors, but if you're looking for glasses you can wear out in the rain, I'm pretty sure these things literally improved my mood. But then... things started to go downhill, fast. During my comforttest, where I wore the glasses indoors for 8 hours straight... I simply couldn't keep them on. (see photo #5) The glasses kept sliding off my nose! I didn't even have to shake my head or look down, within minutes of walking around they'd slide out of position. Eventually I figured out why: outside, while conducting the anti-fog test, my mask was holding the glasses in place. Inside my apartment, without wearing anything else, the glasses had no grip strength. These glasses lack the two essential qualities needed for all glasses, safety rated or otherwise: rubberized arms, and curved arms to provide pressure over the ears.Things also went bad on the headphones test, where I tried to see if the glasses impacted the sound of my favorite album played on my over-ear headphones. Titus Retro Style got fourth place out of 7 contestants and a "partial" rating. The thin arms allowed for a good seal over my head and the sound was excellent, but the headphones pushed the arms inwards, pressure which was transferred to the sides of my head. I experienced slight pain while wearing these glasses and headphones together. It may have even been unrelated/imagined, but it sure was annoying. Finally, I am conflicted by the styling of these glasses. They sit in an uncanny valley between retro and safety glasses. The silver mirror lenses are ridiculously reflective in person, like you'd see on cheap "chrome" colored plastic. The frames are a bit too thick, and they form a complete oval in your peripheral vision. Finally, the woven metal side shield is pretty uneven and shoddy looking. If these glasses were beefed up to the Z87+ standard, got their arms dipped in rubber, and had the silver reflection on the lenses toned down, (seriously you'd look like a cat if you wore these at night) then I could give them a 4 star review.Side note: wearing a mask outdoors on a cold day was supposed to be my anti-fog test, but it was too intense for all my pairs of glasses. I didn't get any good data for that. None of my glasses could seal completely when paired with noise-protection headphones either, that's why I only focused on music quality.Get something else, not these. Witness me: Large and funky
These are robust glasses. I bought these for motorcycle riding.Note these are larger lenses, slightly wider and more funky looking than the magid glasses on the left. The side protectors are mesh with clean polymer supports and do let some air and moisture through. The mirrored lens is a very dark lens for full sun only.Definite mad max fury road vibe. Witness me.

Seem to be good quality
They fit and work great. I’m using them in the hospital. The only thing that would make them better around Covid patient is to have the side screens be solid clear plastic. These will work great for my home projects. Very pleased.

So close, but still a miss
I like the retro look and the fact that they have screen side shields, which really helps them keep from fogging up.However, two days of using them at work —as a construction inspector— and scratches began to appear just from dirty and dust blowing around the work areas. These are definitely too expensive to not be scratch resistant.

Love Them and Would Buy Again
Time will tell, but out of the gate thse are fine riding glasse (and a bargain at the price). The frame is very solid and on the heavier side of things, which I like. The screws holding the arms and the side shields to the frame itself are substantial, as is the plastic where the screws are mounted. The lenses are a good, dark shade (perfect for Florida's sunshine). The lenses are also nearly distortion free. Being safety glass, I have the added security of knowing that a kicked-up pebble or rock won't shatter the lens in my eye. I also like the rather "retro" look as it's in keeping with my relatively "old school" ride - '09 FLHRC Road King Classic. I also purchased the yellow lens version for nighttime riding. Same comments apply as to the build and the lens distortion. I'd buy either version these again without hesitation.

Great bang for the buck while staying safe
A great value for the money. I was impressed with the simultaneous sheerness thickness of them. Definitely high quality safety glasses.
