IMO, Sicilian olive oils are not being given their due. There is a sweetness to many of them that balances nicely against olive oil pepperiness. It has a wonderful olive taste without any edginess. This is by far the best Olive Oil I have tasted. The Asaro Familia grow and process their own olives in Partanna, Sicily. It's fantastic.
