I have collapsed l4,l4,l5s1..When I put this on a surface that would normally cause discomfort or pain, I was shocked at how I could just relax my torso and feel NO pain in my lower back while sitting. And no inflammation after getting up.

I don’t have anything to compare this to but chose this one based on reviews. I’ve had it for a couple of months and came back just to say it’s made such a difference. It’s a little weird at first, and is quite thick, but oh my goodness, life changing. I sit at my desk most of the day and have bulged disks and often get pain. Since using this, I almost never do anymore. (In context of sitting all day with it as opposed to without; it did not solve my back problems lol) It was worth every penny and more!

As a mid-300-pound fella, I needed some extra padding on my office chair. This one is great, but only great for about 20 minutes. After that, it kinda just feels like I am sitting on a folded-up towel. But even then it is still comfortable. I feel less pressure on my lower back. I have NO pinch points against the back of my legs... which is huge. I will probably keep using this.Would also like to mention that I was nervous it may have a small after opening it. I did find a *tiny* smell when first opening but that went away very quickly.

This pillow is amazing. It allows me to sit at my desk without pain radiating through my back.

It’s my back the relief I need to continue working.

Needed this cushion for a little extra height, it is a little softer then I wanted , it gets smooshed down easily.

I use this cushion in my chair while I work and it is very comfortable esp for long sitting periods

Very comfortable, allows comfort for long sitting time on the computer chair or on road trips.

The cushion feels soft and the fabric is warm. Not able to provide sufficient support.
