I wasn't sure about these at first look, as they appeared to be too small to get over the ends of my glasses ear pieces, but a little tug and they were in the proper place. Walla! I haven't had to adjust my glasse, even once, all day. Definitely a worthwhile buy!

These are really great for two reasons, one is they stop the pain some of us have wearing anything on our ears and number two is they help to keep your eyeglasses on if they're set in such a way that they'll slide down your nose without these. To put them on your temple arms just dip the ends of your temple arms in water and squeeze the end of these to match the flat end of the arms, then just slide them on. You may have to do what I call the inchworm method where you push the middle section until it humps up then slide either end further along until you have them where you want them. If you want them shorter you can always trim one end off just be sure to leave at least two sections on.
