Stunning, high quality chocolates
If you have never tried Mon Cheri, you do not know what you are missing. They are manna from Heaven.The liqueur is beautiful, and has just the right amount of `kick'.The dark chocolate complements the liqueur and cherry inside.But what I really like is that these lack the crisp sugary shell that liqueurs normally have, to stop the liqueur seeping out. It means they taste so much better. The downside is that the sell-by date is approximately 6 months after the purchase date but any normal recipient will have polished these off within a few weeks of receipt so it's not a problem.I like the way that, in solving the perennial problem of that sugary shell, Ferrero prioritised taste, texture and quality over a long shelf-life.These are a good test for a relationship. If you give these to your cheri and she doesn't let you have one then you have been warned! The quality of these chocolates makes them tempting to wrap in barbed wire.Try them. Just once. I really hope that you like them as much as I do.
