I bought this toner cartridge to replace the one that came with my new printer, it had worked perfectly until the toner got low. I replaced the empty cartridge with this one and got no responce from the printer. OK I will return it. Not so easy as the options require me to drop it off at a location or pay $7.99 to have it picked up. I don't drive and I am not going to ride thhe bus 20 miles each direction to drop it off or impose on a friend. The only real option I have is to pay the $7.99 and have it picked up. I do not think I should have to pay more when it is not my fault for thier product that did not work. You can't send someone garbage and then make them pay more to correct the problem. Very disappointed for this unfair treatment. Because my printer has no toner I doubt I can print the return label as well. I have to make a career out of getting toner?

This is the best quality laser toner I have used in a very long time, it gives me high quality of print and I can print more with this laser toner than any other I have purchased in the past with this laser toner I'm able to print 1600 to 1800 pages per cartridge
