I am an aging ex tennis player that has recently picked the sport up again recreationally as well as pickleball. Maybe getting back into it a little too fast has caused some issues physically, including my knees (feet & elbow too ha).After a month or so of playing 3/4 times a week I felt a slight pop then a slight crunch underneath the lower part of my left knee cap. Might be bone fragments floating or could just be bone on bone rubbing from the patella moving which happens as joints age. I'm not one to go to doctors unless absolutely necessary and didn't want to for this as I suspected what the issue was.Then I also have some significant swelling in my right knee as well. I initially purchased a knee band type brace which worked well to keep the knee cap in place, but felt I needed a bit more support.This brace is comfortable to wear and does provide support without being bulky and inhibiting movement. It does have an area for the knee cap so it is easy to center.As for size, I measured per the instructions and I was at about 18 inches. This is on the low end of large and high end of medium. I opted for the large as the range from the medium was 14 to 18 inches and based on other reviews I felt it would be too tight.The brace doesn't really slip down, I maybe had to adjust it twice or so during 90 minutes of playing pickleball.Says hand wash only -- I washed it in a front loading washer on gentle and it looked fine. I did air dry it though.Overall for the money a good value. It appears well made and I expect it to last for some time. Comfortable to wear and it provides good support without adding bulk.

Great brace. Very comfy, soft, and breathable. Also stays in place better than others I've had. You also get 2 which is nice when you want to wash one and wear one or wear both etc. Great value and great compression. Excellent knee braces plain and simple.

Pros:For weightlifting it made a world of difference on my squatsFor Jiu Jitsu, It allowed me to put weight on my knees again.Made my knees feel strong even though they're great.Cons:Feels shoddy to wear and the side stabilizers are quite annoying (might be just my preference)Also not Competition legal in Jiu Jitsu

I recently sustained a knee injury that has unfortunately affected my mobility. Nothing to completely leave me out of doing any active activities but I feel soreness and sometimes pain in the region.The brace helped and I could instantly move and do some stretches that previously had pain and because of my knee I aaa hesitant to complete the movement. Not with these!

I purchased a set of these bad boys and was skeptical because I'm on my 8th knee surgery and have tried EVERYTHING!!. Long story short- these work!! Comfortable and provide stability with just enough compression- not too much- not too little. I would recommend this product.

I’m knee pain going up, and down the stairs, so I started looking for something that’ll help me out, because my hard head doesn’t want to go to the Doc… The journey begins looking through all these different my product is better, and I came across this one, and let me start the brace I bought was a Medium, I wear it on both knees, beware there extremely tight on your thighs, but they stayed up, at first the gel pad that’s supposed to go over your knee didn’t stay up, but you must pull them up from the bottom working the gel to the top of the knee, the quality is good, and feels good against my skin, the Stability is there when going up and down the stairs, very flexible, Compression, and you might might want to take it off when doing nothing, like I said it’s extremely tight, because for those with circulation issues might want to wear only when in moving!

i bought this pair because i only one sleeve and i really wanted a matching pair. the one i had didn't have built is support and had a kneecap cut out. so far this pair is better for me and the price is amazing.

Seems to be sturdy and functional product, but I ordered a medium based on my leg measurement and the the size chart. The brace is too tight for prolonged use. Should have ordered a large.

Both my knees were acting up in a way I’ve never experienced. Painful and felt like they were misaligned or not fitting together properly. Root cause was figured out and I got these to help as my knees got stronger. They were essential to recovery. I don’t need them anymore but I’m glad I have them. They fit well and the construction is excellent quality. I’m so glad I tried these as they were a big part of getting me back up and running again!
