I have been using Applied Nutrition supplements for a while now and always find them to be of a high quality. I bought this to have before bed as I have the critical whey for post workouts etc. The flavour is excellent and even though I have this with water it still feels like a little treat before bed. It mixes well in water and also milk - my husband mixes it with hot milk.

This Casein is cheaper than most brands, mixes easily and tastes lovely.Been a loyal customer to this brand since 2010.

Mixes well with skimmed milk, good protein content, 24g in a 30 gram (weight) serving. I like the taste, not too strong. The texture is fine. Price isn't too bad. Overall, i like it and i had the chocolate cream one.

This is like a McDonalds Milkshake with how tasty it is if you put enough in - u could even add some spoonfuls of sugar so you really couldn't tell the difference between Nesquik and this x 😉

I have only had whey protein before so I have no like for like comparison.The taste is okay. About average for a strawberry protein of any kind. Never great but isn't awful usually.It is very gritty in the throat as I swallow even after a lot of mixing. I have no idea if that is normal for this source of protein.The reseal top doesn't reseal so it does make it awkward to store. I will likely need to buy a large gar of some kind to put it in to keep it fresher.
