This is a rather standard length of elastic material which will aid any stretching routine.In terms of quality, I have no complaints. the resistance isn't enough to require significant effort to stretch, but enough to provide resistance when stretching over long arcs/distances. If you have to perform a smaller arced/distance stretch the band can be simply folded over and hey presto higher resistance.The band can be a little difficult to use if you need to maximise its length, as you do need to wrap around your hands to get a good grip really, thus reducing its length a little. Also, the fact the band is not a loop does somewhat reduce your options in regard to available stretches.I'd recommend this band to anyone who simply wants to test using a resistance band. If you want a long-term piece of equipment, invest in something slightly better quality that may be more comfortable to use.

I was given a resistance band by the physio, and it worked very well. However, our daughter took a shine to it and I believe it has now been fashioned into a hammock for one of her bears. So when I needed a band again, I took to Amazon, and found this.Works a treat, exactly like the one the doctor originally gave me, but a different colour.

I purchased the green band (level 3 medium) a few months a go and have used it 3 times a week religiously since. The band is of good quality and has not been over-stretched or snapped in this time period. Admittedly I have only used the band for rotator cuff exercises (and thus I have not applied much force through the band!) so I cannot comment on using the band for more heavy exercises incorporating legs. Personally I would recommend buying a higher strength band if this is your goal.Overall the band is functional at a cheap price. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Good product

They are cheap but they will break. The proper kits with handles served me better and are a lot more comfortable and we'll designed. Trying to find somewhere to tie these is a bit of a faf

Cant review the product as mine split within a week and the company very kindly refunded me, I assume it was a one off manufacturing fault, great service from them.

This is a fairly broad resistance band and in green colour it is the medium level.It has not shown any signs of wear ant tear so it will last quite a while.

I needed this band for rehab purposes but could not find one in local sports stores. This was quickly sourced onamazon and I received it on the date promised. It is good value for money and for the purpose required.
