I teach aqua aerobics on the deck of the pool, and not in the pool. This allows the 40 participants to SEE my posture and movements.The deck can be MURDER on a R knee that's bone-on-bone on the inside of the knee, especially when you teach and bounce.I'm older, too, like Medicare age. I taught Step aerobics and all sorts of fitness aerobics formats from 1989 to 2012. I'll need a knee replacement in the next 12 months.I was VERY surprised and DEE-LIGHTED that this compression sleeve worked as WELL as it did!I also took a BodyPump class about 35 minutes after my aqua fitness class. It had LOTS of squats. Again, the sleeve/brace worked GREAT. NO PAIN. I'd used the ACE bandage-type wraps and there'd always be pain. With this sucker, NOPE!!I put it on around 7:30 Saturday morning (this morning) September 14 2024 and just now took it off at 7:28 pm, same day. It's THAT comfortable.Three thumbs up! (Or rather, two thumbs and a big toe)

I have tried like 3 other pairs to help my left knee which has had this strange tinge. First I got a compression sleeve similar to these but without the straps. It wasn't very tight so it just slid down during workout and didnt offer much support. Then I tried one of the fancy ones with metal bracers. Useless, the metal isn't secured at the knee so they dont even feel like they are there. Als o they were too tight and itched to have on.Finally this pair, fits and the way the elastic bands stretch over the knee you can feel them assisting, pushing your knee in to straighten the leg.I dont think the copper part matters at all.These will get out of place if you where them sitting for too long

Fits perfectly

Have struggled to find a non slip on knee brace since they opted to go away from the Velcro on the side versions. This one fit well but it wasn’t very tight so they give you these strips that you wrap around your knee top to bottom to tighten it up but the strip was too long for my particular leg, I am 5’7”. I am sure it would fit anyone 5’9” or higher much better.

Comfortable and gives the support I need.

I have been needing compression on the back of my knee for years now. Over the years I have purchased sleeves which offer the same sort of "non-slip" rubber/silicone grip at the top of the sleeve intended to help it stay upright. None of them work. I searched for years for this simple sleeve but with added straps to help it stay up but nobody made it. They offered braces with straps but not sleeves and then I stumbled onto this. So far so good. I have used the strap just around the top to help secure it, I have also attached the straps in the way the manufacturer says and both seem to work well.This is day 1 so I will update should these start to slip down my leg in anyway.

These are great once they stay up. It fits good and supports my knee. The only thing is if you don't use the wrap sometimes it rolls down
