All recipes are not fat free!
However I did not buy this book on the strength of its fat freeness but for mediterranean recipes. I had already had a copy but had given it to my mother so needed another one.Lots of recent research suggests that low fat is NOT healthy and that we need some fats, so I add extra olive oil to these recipes.

200 fantastic cooking delights all in lovely colour pictures, well presented and easy to follow.Well done to the author.
