I take a multivitamin with added caffeine, probiotic, and a d3..and then I take this a couple hours later. It compliments my vitamin regimen very well..

been taking this product for a week now so far i noticed my bowels are more regular which is good i have a boost of energy so it helped cut down my need of coffee BUT the energy doesn't last long so eventually im fighting to stay awake at some point .... i can say it has helped with my anxiety and has made me feel a bit more calm though .... i take two a day per the directions they aren't hard to swallow at all
