Trigger point destroyers.
Nothing too fancy here. They're just lacrosse balls. Use them on trigger points for some myofascial release. Don't roll them over bones or cartilage if you can avoid it. Remember - improve mobility by using myofascial release, THEN strengthen muscles in the newly attained balance and positioning allowed by doing so.Pros: -Best to use on musculature of mid/upper back and shoulders, pecs, psoas, etc.-Bright colored so you won't slip on them and destroy yourself further when you inevitably leave in the middle of the floorCons: -May be too hard for some people (use a tennis ball instead)-May be too small for some people (use a softball instead)-May be too roly-poly for areas around the spine and neck (use a mobility peanut instead - 2 lacrosse balls welded together to form a peanut shape)

Balls feel great
I don't always drag balls across my back for pleasure and relief but whe. I do, I drag Kieba's balls.

Excellent investment. Highly recommended!
Got these today and they couldn't have come at a better time. I'm in Physical Therapy and they recommended getting some LaCrosse Balls to help with my stress and tension that I hold in my upper shoulders and neck. I have been in a lot of pain today from my tailbone area clear into my head and having a terrible headache that was making me nauseous. My pain was unbearable and I would have normally gone to the ER, but I decided to try these out first. I put them both in a tube sock and doubled the sock. I started with my neck and just kept repositioning every few minutes and let my head and neck completely rest on the balls and made sure to totally relax my body for full effect. I then did the same thing on my tailbone and lower back. I let myself get so relaxed that I practically fell asleep. These balls are definitely worth the purchase and a lot cheaper than a trip to the ER or my migraine medicine. Not only do they hit and help your trigger points, but they help to relieve stress as well. I am so happy with this purchase and highly recommend them.

Everyone needs these balls in their life!!
Ok I’ve had these for WAY TOO LONG without even opening them lol but boy am I glad I did now!!So I am crazy tight in my upper back as well as other spots but that’s the major trouble zone. I’ve been getting 90 -120 min massages at least monthly for... well.. way to long due to constant migraines. ( I’m pretty sure I’m my masseuses favorite customer! ;) ) I heard talk about these little balls and decided what the hey I’m gonna give it a shot! So I got them, And there they sat. SO last night I was going on day 4 of A migraine and decided I was going to test them balls out. (Te he) so I laid on the floor and went to town on my shoulders and upper back, and boy howdy I was popping knots left and right. AH-MAZIG it was!! Today I feel like I have had a deep tissue massage. Ohhh it HURTS SO GOOD.☺️

Better than massage therapist
My sister received hers from a physical therapy session and once I tried it on my sciatic nerve pain I was completely blown away. they are perfect. I've tried many things to alleviate pain from that area and this is only thing that helps. you can use against the wall while standing to roll the ball to pressure points but I use it while laying down. The weight of my body helps to achieve pressure point I need to penetrate through the muscle and to the nerve area. This is hard to do when dealing with gluteous maximus muscles! Once I find correct pressure point it only takes severeal minutes and deep breaths to experience immediate relief in my lower back. I admit I do not have lower back pain due to severe injury nor have I had a formal medical diagnosis of what has caused my lower back pain , So I caution anyone working with a Physical Therapist or physician to check with them first. My back pain ranges from 1-6 on scale of 10. So I know I don't have it as bad as others, But the pain is constant and enough to create problems with energy activity sleep wearing heeled shoes and my mood. this ball hits my upper shoulder pressure points perfectly too. I love and have spent so much money on massages but this ball is more consistent in attaining the deep pressure many massage therapists have difficulty reaching and cannot sustain for the length of time I need. Not only does this save money I can go directly to my trouble spots by placing the ball directly or rolling to position, I can leave it there for as long as I need without worrying about time, I can do it daily or several times daily without spending all my money on a therapist! I can take it anywhere easily in my purse and so long as I have wall clean floor/rug and some privacy it's doable. I could hardly believe something so simple so cheap non invasive non medicinal and portable could help me manage the pain and muscle tension . I highly recommend any have purchased as gifts for family who also suffer

relieves tension
i have chronic neck and should pain due to computer work and stress. i can't afford massages all the time so these help. they are harder than tennis balls so if you prefer deep tissue massage, then these will benefit you. if you are too sensitive for deep tissue, these might be too hard for you.

Really hits the trigger points easily with very little effort
so many choices, which one to choose? Price was right, looking for sciatica trigger point release. My first experience with lacrosse massage balls. It's been a positive experience. Really hits the trigger points easily with very little effort. I knew within 5 seconds of using them, that it was going to be successful. I let my wife try them after her work day and after 5 seconds she could feel the lacrosse massage balls hitting trigger points very effectively. This is a very worthy purchase! Another friend wanted to know if it left marks on the wall, and that hasn't seem to be a problem.

Stiff, yet softly padded
They're certainly comfortable. Perhaps a bit too comfortable. I remember a friend letting me use her lacrosse balls to try them out. The were solid and my feet felt like they were in heaven. These balls, on the other hand have a softer exterior. That might be a plus to some, though.Best description I can give is the firmness of a racquetball exterior (or like those little bouncing rubber balls sold in coin machines). If that's the feel you like--and not a solid, rigid shell--then this is right for you.

Misleading picture
I had thought from the picture that the balls were one large and one small - however they are both the same size. Seem to do the trick though.

Bon achat!
J'ai acheté ces balles comme cadeau. Mon père utilisait auparavant des balles de tennis. Il adore ceux-ci.

Durable massage balls
I really like them. I tried them once they arrived. I think they helped a lot. But since the surface is smooth, it might not be ultimate to relax bottom feet.
