I used it every day as per the instructions until I’d used up the gel, and it got my teeth a few shades lighter, but not as light as I’d expected.

I am a retired dental hygienist, and this is a good product. The number of syringes provided initially, along with the bonus pen, are sufficient for the initial whitening. The tray is comfortable and will fit all but the widest mouth. The light is easily detachable for rinsing the tray after use. The gel is pleasant tasting and does not make my teeth sensitive.I absolutely would recommend this product, I use it once a day, before bedtime, best time to do any whitening, due to decrease in saliva flow at night and the fact that no coffee, tea or cola will be consumed in the next 8 hours. All refills are available on Amazon, and reasonably priced.

I used it one time and when done I did not notice any change but I was not going to stop using it. Dried it then put it up. Fast forward a month went to use it for the second time and it is not working. The light is not water tight! Wait what it is a product that is used around your mouth and is not water tight? So the moisture got inside and it messed up the light.... not to mention the bacteria that could get inside of it dont know if this just a faulty one or if all of them are like that but....

If your teeth aren't stained from coffee or other dark drinks, this isn't your product. I saw zero difference after following the regimen precisely. Unfortunately there isn't a good way besides going to your dentist or using abrasive materials like white strips to whiten your teeth. Can't say this was worth it and I'm shocked by the before and after photos.
