Update: Oct 26, 2024After 6 months of weekly use, it has stopped to blend. Makes blend noise but wont blend the food. It is now just a little steamer.Original Review:Okay, little machine is small! So small. I went back to work and baby started daycare i have to now make plenty at once and using this would make it a whole day activity. I do not like that there isnt an on/off button, only the start/stop, so you have to unplug and replug everytime you need it to make a new meal. And sometimes it wont blend without putting water in the outer base even when steaming is not needed.I like that it steams and blends all in one, no need to transfer hence less dishes to wash.The food comes out cooked well, and blended fine each time as long as it was nicely chopped up. Overall it works really well

Like another reviewer, the part that the axle fit into got stripped after putting a little too much into the machine one evening, after using the food processor for almost three months. I wish this part had been made from metal, but I contacted the company using the email address in the manual included with the device, because overall, it has been working perfectly and suited our needs very well. I had asked if it would be possible to obtain a replacement part or lid and included the details from my order, but honestly, I wasn't expecting a response. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an email asking for my shipping address and phone number to ensure that the replacement part would be delivered correctly. Grace, from BabyNutri's Customer Service Team gave me these tips, too, to prevent future issues with the food processor. I was happy that they would replace the part, but was again surprised when a whole new machine was delivered, less than a week later. I am very happy with the product and with the company's customer service.Here's the tips that Grace gave me, which will hopefully help prevent future stripping of the seat that the blade axle fits into.In the meantime, we'd also like to offer a few helpful tips to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future:1.Food being too hard or cut into large pieces: Large or hard food pieces can affect the machine’s performance and place strain on the blade. We recommend cutting the food into smaller, finer pieces or increasing the cooking time to soften it before processing.2. Excessive food quantity: Overloading the machine can cause the blade to lift and damage internal components. We suggest processing smaller portions of food at a time to ensure smoother operation.By following these simple steps, you can help extend the lifespan of your machine and improve your experience with the product.

The glass bowl is a great feature—safe, durable, and easy to clean. I love how it combines a blender, steamer, and puree maker all in one device, saving both time and counter space. Clean-up is a breeze since the parts are dishwasher-safe, which is a huge plus for busy parents. It’s also great knowing I can cook everything at home, ensuring my baby gets fresh, nutrient-packed meals without preservatives.

It was working well and then it stopped after three uses. The blades are not working any more. It seems the blade input is being stripped by the lid. I sent an email to customer service with no response. I am now requesting a refund through Amazon. I will purchase another product due to the lack of customer service. When it was working it was amazing. I'm disappointed it didnt work out for me as it has for others who gave it great ratings which is what influenced me to purchase.

Pro: set up timer and forget about it all in one steam and purée. Manual purée option to get to blend consistency you want. Great consistency on performance. Had to make sure really thin consistency cause baby is 4 month old started. Did not disappoint. No learning curve needed. I picked this brand cause it had glass bowl and stainless steel parts. Added plus that it’s dishwasher safe. Its small size takes up like a small coffee maker size. Value is worth it.Con: small quantity batches. I knew it was going to only make small amount at a time. 250mL bowl so I didn’t care. My goal was to use this exclusively until 1 year and then use it as supplement as baby eat chunkier and solid food. But if you are prepping for multiple babies or want to just make big batch this may not work out well for you. Also there is no steam only option. So if you only want to steam something and then manual purée yourself, you cant set that up. You’ll have to cancel the operation manually.
