Quite easy to install. Hold sturdy and tight, look good and seem to last a long time. I am glad I bought this item months ago, not sure if price would inflate double or triple in the future. Overall, this is a great item, easy installation, no screws are the best part. Highly recommend.

I was shocked at how well packaged this tension rod arrived. Each individual pole was contained in its own plastic wrapper within the cardboard box. I ordered the silver and didn't have a single scratch on any piece because everything was adequately protected from the other pieces. It was easy to assemble with or without the instructions. I bought this for temporary use in our bathroom window which requires a tall stool to reach so I needed something that would be very easy to put up and take down. I was not disappointed! This worked great with a new set of blackout curtains to keep the heat out during a recent heat I took it down after the two days it was up with no issue. I look forward to putting it up and down and up and down again through the coming months as the weather continues to ebb and flow.

friend of mine moved into new apartment except the curtain rod was awful, someone had painted over it and "paint bubbles formed on it. It was a "screw-'in" type and it was toguh getting that this out of the wall. she had to paint the wall all over. I told her next shower you get get the one that extends to the wall and doesn't requiree screws and ruins the wall. Rust proof is a must!! I found one on Amazon the other day, its finish is smooth and silvver and says it is rust proof. It extends to the length she needs and looks greatin her shower. The rod tension is very secure without damaging her paint job! And the price very reasonable.

Loving it so far (just received it today [Feb 2024] but put it up already). Waiting for the matching shower curtain and liner I bought to complete a close to my home's high ceilings look. Can hardly wait! And it looks so much nicer and sleeker than my current shower curtain rod. Beautiful design, great chrome color, easy assembly, and easy-peasy installation, even on textured walls! RECOMMENDWill update after I put the shower curtain and liners on it in two days' time, if not sooner. Then I will know for certain in telling everyone that it works as fit for purpose, while also being extremely aesthetically attractive.UPDATE Tue Apr 29, 2025: The rod fell down again several days ago. This time I purchased chrome finished holder brackets and screwed them into the walls on both sides today with anchors. I have no more worries. I truly believe that my fabric shower curtains (I use two and even one of these curtains is extremely heavy) are too heavy to keep the rod from sliding over time combined with changes in temperature or moisture and this is the perfect solution for me. The rod remains gorgeous and still recommend it!UPDATE Wed Mar 12, 2025: The rod has fallen down several times. My walls are textured so this may be related. I make sure to tighten the rod and to also make sure that is hung level from one side to the other. I still check the rod periodically as I did today after seeing that one side of the shower curtain was dragging the floor when it was not the last time I rehung it which was one month and 3 days ago. I'm using two heavy fabric shower curtains (in addition to 96" PEVA liners) which are 96" long for my high ceilings. I plan to update when and if the rod either falls or slips again, but I do really love the way this rod looks compared to the one I had before which I have moved to another room for hanging a Japanese noren curtain.

This shower rod fit snugly wall to wall in my shower space (about 59 inches). Assembly was very easy. It holds up a shower curtain that measures 72x72 with no issues.
