Smooth and Mild
I found this coffee to be smooth and extremely mild, actually a little too mild for my tastes. I typically love a good breakfast blend, but personally I would have preferred this coffee have a bit more boldness. Don't get me wrong, this coffee is very good and very drinkable - if your preferences definitely lean to to the mild end of the spectrum, you will really enjoy this.

Great Bold Medium
A nice bold coffee with a great medium style roast taste. It has a good flavor that carries quite a bit of strength to it and I might have grounded it a bit more than I should to a point. It did give me a lot of energy, more than I was expecting so its a good morning treat to get you going. I normally ground the whole bag at one time and go through it in around a week and this was what I did here. I enjoy my coffee with a combination of sugar, cream and cinnamon.

Smells delightful
This Whole Foods coffee packaging opened easily. I ground the entire bag at once and kept it in the fridge. The taste and aroma are perfect for everyday.
