Poor documentation.
You need to get out of demo mode in order to get a true reading, and I have not been able to do this. It tells me to create an account first, which I have done, with confirmation. instructions are no help. I may have to buy something else.

It would be nice if the plug handle were not so big
The oximeter works well; however, I have to remove my phone from the Otter Box Defender case to get the plug in . It would be nice if the plug handle were not so big.

save your money
It does what it says it does, however it's constructed poorly. And for the reviewer who stated that they're deceiving customers by saying it doesn't monitor overnight and only records for 60 minutes, you're not very bright. Maybe your O2 sats are low! It certainly does "monitor" overnight, it just doesn't RECORD all night. Hello!
