Very effective for heavy weight persons.
I have been using this " Loose Green Tea" for the last 10 years. It has really worked on my skin and helped in reducing my excessive weight,more importantly " belly fat". I use it without sugar. It is cheaper,better and more effective than tea bags. On empty stomach it rejuvenats cells and helps in controlling constipation. I am very much satisfied with this product because I used it consistently and without sugar. Please don't take is too much per day. Only 2-3 full cups is sufficient per day.
