Thin material, colour not like in picture

Poorly made but once up look nice
Curtains do look lovely up and more exspensive than they were. They finish a room off lovely looking posh. However.. looking at them closely they were poorly stitched and not straight with couple of marks on them and a pull at top of curtain. Pelmet has a few holes in them across the top ( i live on main road so needed curtains up! I was quite lucky that Once gathered unless u know where defects were they are hid quite well and not really noticeable. the pelmet hangs low hiding marks on curtains and the pull can only be seen when curtains are closed .. happy to keep them up.Customer service was not good and quite rude! After letting them know straight away about damage they asked me to send CLEAR pictues of defects and that was it( no apology what so ever)sent clear pics of all faults and asked if they were seconds? They did not answear that question but said they would send returns label for me to send back and once received and checked they will refund/exchange. I explained i had already been put out and did not have time to he messing about going post office or wanted to be with no curtains so if they sent new pair i would exchange and send faulty ones back after receiving new. This didnt happen but they refunded me £7.00 and asked for a 5 star rating... If the curtains had no damage/defaults then i would of rated 5..
