If you're baking bread with lower gluten flours, this is a must. I bake a lot of whole wheat breads, and this improves the rise and texture of the bread. Also helps boost the gluten in your flower nearing the end of its shelf life.

My kiddo got a bread maker for her birthday and needed this for the recipes. The bread came out delicious, so it seems to do the job well :).
