There is nothing more annoying that having a USB cable dangling between your phone holder and USB socket. I don't always have my phone accessible when I'm driving, normally only up on the dashboard when I need to use the SAT NAV function. But having this "Baseus Qi Car Phone Holder," which offers wireless charging makes connecting and driving that little bit easier. I've routed the cable so that it is semi-permanently fixed and out the way, with the phone holder in place when I need to charge on the go (or just just keep my battery topped-up while driving.) In those regards, this phone holder was easy to affix (with several ways' of doing so such as on the dash or windscreen) and easy to connect. I would say that it is high quality as it holds my phone very well, and doesn't dislodge when driving over not-so-ideal-roads. The magnetic strength is just right and the wireless charging works as it should (just make sure your mobile supports Qi-charging.) The charging speed was however a bit disappointing (15-watts), but this is perhaps one of those times where the functionality can be forgiven, given how good the design of the actual of the phone stand itself is. Just a shame it costs nearly fifty pounds, which seems somewhat pricy.

The build quality and overall design and performance are brilliant, it holds the phone securely even on bumpy roads and provides a stable charging current.The only reason for the missing star is the price, currently around £40 after applying a 20% discount is a bit overpriced compared to alternatives, otherwise happy to recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I've tried quite a number of different car phone holders and chargers of the years. I have the perfect (for me) car phone holder and I also have the perfect wireless car phone charger... but they are two seperate items. I have never found the perfect holder AND magsafe charger for my mobile in one device.Unfortunately this Baseus Qi holder isn't the perfect all in one holder and charger....The Good:Wireless magsafe charging.Three different mounting options (Air vent / Suction Cup / Adhesive Pad).Automatic clamping (side clamps close securely on the phone when simply positioned on the holder).Simple auto-mechanical click release.The bottom support of the holder is adjusted/secured via screw knob (much more stable than spring or 'click' adjustable supports).The Not So Good:Main problem is that this is advertised as being compatible with the latest models of iPhone. I have an iPhone 16 Pro. I don't think currently you can get more 'latest' than this. But unfortunately the iPhone 16 Pro is too short to reach the charging magnet on the holder (it hits the camera). Had the holder been approx 5mm shorter, I'm sure the fit for the iPhone 16 Pro would have been ok.But if you have the 'larger' Max or Plus models, this should be ok ?Aside from this slightly significant issue, you also have to put up with the Bayern Munich logo 🙄
