I have not noticed any changes in cravings, if anything they have increased since taking the vitamins. I will continue use to see if anything changes.

They don't upset my stomach in any way, but they do seem to help suppress my appetetite which is what I was hoping for. Easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste too. I've found success over the two months I was taking them and will be ordering more!One downside was one of the capsules opened inside the bottle and powder was spilled all over the other capsules.
