Gehwol Foot Cream - 75ml - Strengthens Skin to Prevent Blisters

This foot gel does exactly what it claims to do! I was recommended this by my podiatrist as unfortunately I had suffered issues with huge blisters when on holiday which ruined the my week. I was so worried because it was so debilitating that I immediately made an appointment and she kindly recommended this particular brand. Absolutely brilliant! Slather on, put your socks on and off you go! No blisters!I will say I tried their other foot creams too, which are equally wonderful and I have recommended to friends who are also impressed!

I tend to get blisters on long distance runs, and after some research and trying several other things (incl. vaseline), I finally bought this. I've run quite a few times after putting a generous layer of this cream onto my feet, and combined it with gel cushioning for the toes, aaaand I haven't had any blisters since. I don't want to jinx it though. The cream is very thick btw, and takes a bit of time and scrubbing to wash off your hands, but I guess that's what makes it stick really well to where you need it.

I suffer terribly with blisters and so far have run up to 6 miles and not got anything! Ok I can feel the burning sensation of the blister coming on but it didn't actually appear! I have tried wearing three pairs of sports socks, running tape, blister plastesr and two pairs of sock in one run and I still get blisters!! All under the ball of the front of my feet.I put on a thick layer of this cream with two pairs of socks and no blisters.. Very happy with this product as I feel like ive finally found a solution to my problem!

So far so good- I was sceptical at first but it seems to be doing the job - will definately buy more once this has run out . Some mornings I run into work ( 12 miles ) without putting on cream - then at the end of the day I used the cream and trundled off back home - it definately helped as feet did not feel so sore - would recommend this product.

This cream was recommended to me by a Dutch lady whilst I was doing the Nijmegen Marches - I was in the blister hospital at the time! After suffering from severe blisters & missing toenails I have used it since during my extreme walking events & wish I had found it earlier. It is an amazing product & apart from a few minor ones have been pretty much blister free since. Highly recommend this cream!

Not as go BHod as thought it would br

I was skeptical at first but having walked the Camino France before and had terrible blisters last time till my feet hardened decided that what did I have to lose. I put a small amount on each morning before that days trek, on average around 25 to 30km a day for around 4 weeks. Then at the end of the day I was using a muscle relaxing cream. What can I say this stuff really works and I'd never consider another long trek without this stuff.I bought the cream out of my own pocket and this review wasn't as the result of a freebie which seems to be annoyingly the norm on Amazon these days. Highly recommended if you are a trekker/hiker.

I enjoy long distance walking but I don't enjoy the blisters that come with it. After years of trying different brands of boots, lined socks and various pads and tapes I tried Gehwol.87 miles later, no blisters. As well as protecting your feet againt hotspots by lubricating, it really reduces sweating in warm weather meaning that you don't get the painful trenchfoot feeling at the end of the day when you take your boots off.
