It arrived late, and what I received was a shrivelled backbulb, with minimal-and-dead roots, and two new growths that died withing 3 days. Never ordering this crap again.

I purchased 3 plants and for the first time in 30 years growing orchids, the plants died. I am very disappointed, It took almost a month to received the parcel with the orchids and when I received the plants were very dehydrated. I have 40 very healthy and thriving orchids and this is the first time my plants have died.

Delivered as promised I was not good enough to keep alive.
