Pendant arrived on time in good condition. Has been worn 5 times, now the color disappeared and I have a clear glass looking thingwith a couple slight traces of color left. It did not bleed it’s color onto me or my clothing. It was not worn in the ocean, pool, or bathing facility. Goin to try to get a new one sent in replacement. Will updated on how it goes.Update, same day. Heard back from Kate Lynn jewelry by the next time I checked my email. They have already shipped a replacement of same color as previously. Fast service with a great attitude is very much appreciated, Thank you to Kate Lynn. I've never heard of a Swarovski gem suddenly becoming transparent so goodness only knows what happened or what it was exposed to between manufactur to depovery of product. The person I received an email from said their going to send the photos to Swarovski themselves to make them fix their product. Very cool.

The colors are fading and very quickly. Was absolutely beautiful when first opened, but now it's lost it's luster. Not sure what has caused it to do this, but very disappointing.So, initially I was displeased. Today I had a package in the mail and it was a replacement necklace. Not only did I not expect this, I didn't ask for it either and yet the company went over and above to correct the issue. Kudos!!! Now that's amazing service! What a pleasant surprise and a great way to handle a customer that was disappointed. Thank you! My girl does love the necklace, it's beautiful!

I love this necklace. I get so many compliments when I wear it. I did have a problem with it at first, but the company super wonderful and fixed it. I would recommend this necklace and any other Kate Lynn jewelry, you won't be disappointed.

I've read some of the reviews for this piece of jewelry and I have to say, if you gave anything less than 5 stars, you are crazy! I own many pieces of good jewelry and many pieces of custom jewelry. This piece is one of the most stunning pieces I have purchased. I now MUST have the matching earrings!!! I bought this in Volcano, not blue. And I am so glad I did. This pendant is a lot larger and sturdier than what I expected. The fire in the crystals is mind blowing. The chain is perfect for it and the length is just right. With the extension it allows it to be worn with several different types of necklines. If you are in any way considering whether to or not to purchase, I highly recommend purchasing. I just bought the identical pendant as a Daily Deal and I'm more than ecstatic! I fully intend to give this as a birthday gift after the first of the year! Beautiful piece of jewelry Kate Lynn!!!

I was stunned by the beauty of this necklace and though the photos of it are very pretty, they do not do the piece justice. I have gemstone jewelry, which, of course, is much more expensive, and none can really hold a candle to this necklace. I purchased it for a friend's 70th birthday and liked it so much that I'm ordering another one either for a future gift for someone else, or keep for myself. And by the way, the friend loved it, as well, and she works in a jewelry store, and has a diamond and gem certification. Nonetheless, she loved this necklace of crystals.

This necklace is so pretty. I ordered this as a gift for a family friend’s daughter and I cannot wait to give it to her. It’s so pretty, I had to try it on. The chain can be adjusted an additional 3 inches so that it sits lower. Otherwise, the chain is 16 inches long. The links are very sturdy and well put together. The detail in the pendant is exquisite. I wasn’t sure how it was going to look but it has exceeded my expectations. The crystal is vibrant and reflects a myriad of colors. There is no doubt that this is a Phoenix charm. It’s a little heavier than I expected but it’s not so heavy that it would be uncomfortable to wear. I may get a peacock for myself. We will see.

I love this pendant. It goes with most of my wardrobe, and the colors in the crystals are just as vibrant as shown in the photos.BUT...my first complaint is that the clasp is very small. It is also a lobster clasp, which is hard to manipulate for most people, though it looks nice. The jump rings (the other side of the clasp) are very small, too. This all makes the necklace hard to put on, and devilishly hard to take off. This is a minor inconvenience for me, since I make beaded jewelry myself. I have larger clasps in stock, and the correct tools and knowledge to change the clasp out for one that works better. But for the average person, it could be a super nuisance.My other complaint is that the chain came with two knots in it. Again, I have jewelry pliers that help me loosen the knots in the small diameter chain. If I'd had to do it with my fingers, it would have been a very frustrating experience.UPDATE: the seller has reached out to me, offering to replace the piece to make me happier. I appreciate the gesture, but I'm very happy with my necklace and pendant after making the changes I described above. I've encouraged them to change the clasp and ring, and tidy up the packaging to keep the chain from knotting, and I hope they do so going forward; it would be a better product.However, I want to emphasize, the pendant itself is very pretty and I get compliments when I wear it. My issues won't be a problem for most people. If you like the pendant online, you will love it in your hands. Just be aware, if you have arthritic fingers, that the necklace clasp might challenge you.
