I ordered this product for my nightstand so I could charge my phone and watch while I slept. I like the clean lines and low profile of this charger. Even though the top of the charger is glass, my phone doesn't slide around like it had on other chargers I have owned.I ordered an earlier version of this product that does not have compatibility with WatchOS 5.1. My watch would charge for 5-10 minutes and then stop charging. ZealSound has shown amazing customer service throughout this and offered to replace my charger with a new version that has compatibility with the new WatchOS version. Overall, this is a great product that is backed by excellent customer service.

This item is slim and looks beautiful. I am using a Galaxy S9 plus, and the charging was satisfactorily done using the included USB-C connector. Delivery was fast and there was no problem. If you need a wireless charging pad, you need to consider this product as one of the candidates to purchase.

Ordered this product as a gift for my husband. It is actually very sleek looking and works well with his phone even with a case on. He hasn’t used it to charge his Apple Watch 4 yet, but if he does I’ll provide an update.

Actually I bought one with a different brand and less quality to try it on and see if it works, but I wanted to buy one for my apple watch so I decide to buy this one because I have already purchased Zealsound products before. And this one is even better than my other one, first of all you can notice the different of the material’s quality. So, to compare my older one, this one is not from a cheaper material and I noticed it as soon as I opened the package! Second, it was soo simple to install, it took me just 1 min or less, because you don’t need a software or turn on bluetooth or something like that! Third, I love the way I can charge my phone and my Applewatch at same time without any annoying wiring! And the last but most important to me is that with this charger my battery even lasts much longer in compare to my older one. It really surprised me to still have battery at noon xD so I blindly recommend this one fo sure!Plus: When I was searching some reviews to see if I can buy this one, I saw people saying it didn’t charge too fast, so I was a little afraid, but I notice when you are using a very thick cover it doesn’t work very well for obvious reasons, so I think they could had very thick covers and thats maybe why they complained it about. So I recommend you to charge it without any cover if you want a faster charge, because it truly works for me!

I thought I'd try this wireless charger to consolidate the charging cables and devices for my Apple Watch2 and iPhone XMax. I used a 3.0 Qualcomm power adapter and the provided USB-C cable. My watch had 74% battery left and my phone was down to 34%. To my surprise, my watch didn't fully seat onto the magnetized because the placement of the USB-C wire lifted my watch band. So I had to angle the watch to make it seat. Even then it didn't grab the watch like the factory Apple charger. I pushed the watch into the charging area and watched the battery drain from 74% to 54% within minutes. I placed my iPhone on the charger and didn't see any charging issues there. After about 30 min, I saw the watch battery slowly, and i mean slowly start to charge. By the morning both devices were at 100%. The wire placement was irritating me so I switched to a Nomad Lightning Cable and 3.0 power adapter to help with the watch placement( The USB-C and Lightning ports are next to each other). The second try was the same.... power drain and dropping. This time I was not willing to wait to see if it recovered to charge to 100%. I have all the current updates on my Apple Watch2 and iPhone X Max. I am extremely disappointed in this device and cannot recommend this product.
