Great product
Been buying this for years. Although not certified with the crossed grain symbol, it seems ok for me. I do not seem to have any unpleasant side effects. Delivery always very quick.

Gluten free!! Good for coeliacs. Very tasty and high fibre
As a coeliac I’m always on the lookout for gluten free nutritious flours to try in my baking. Often these are packed in facilities where they can be contaminated with gluten and so are unsuitable for coeliacs so I am very pleased to find this sorghum flour which really is gluten free. It is a light brown colour, fine milled, lightweight and naturally high fibre. I mixed it half and half with my usual plain gluten free flour and added a tiny amount of xanthan gum to make my Christmas cake. It had a great texture and taste and I received many compliments from people who couldn’t believe it was gluten free. I also now use sorghum flour (with a teaspoon of baking powder and pinch of xanthan gum) half and half with my normal self-raising gluten free flour to make yeast free bread rolls and cupcakes. The sorghum flour gives a lovely rustic colour and extra flavour and they rise superbly. I will be ordering more very soon.

Works well in home made gluten free flour mix
I made a mix of flours using this sorghum flour, potato flour and white rice flour. I made a chocolate cake with this mix. I was pleased to see a perfect "normal" looking chocolate cake which tasted great. The perfect gluten free cake.

A top end product and a good alternative for those on a wheat/gluten-free diet. Needs to be mixed with other flours to make a pastry sadly…

Good product made my first gluten free loaf with it!
Good product, as described. Used it to make my first gluten free loaf with it. Nice flour with good texture, would be a good flour to mix with others. I think this flour would be great for cake making too.

Nice taste
Nice sweet Taste , difficult for making Chapattis with though . I am very sensitive to cross contamination in products and I found I have no adverse reaction when consuming this flour very reassuring .

I have never used this flour, I like the neutral taste. Good for my pancake in the morning.
