I could not find murumuru butter anywhere so I was THRILLED to find it on Amazon. This is a lovely, creamy butter. It has a low melting point and starts to melt if you hold it too long. It's harder than shea butter, but softer than cocoa butter. It can be difficult to get out of the package so I broke it into pieces and moved it to a jar. I've put it in my lotions and it works beautifully. I will say that it has a rather strong, nutty scent that will end up in the final product so address accordingly... Great product!

I love this butter. It is very light -excellent for thin skin and have amazing effect on curly hair!!!it defines curls and makes hair very shiny and alive.I highly recommend this butter for curly hair or aged thin skin. It doesn’t clog pores and it moisturizing thin skin pretty well. I used this butter for neck and eyes area. Before I used Shea butter. This butter is lighter and not oily like Shea butter. So if you like or use Shea butter , you will LOVE murumuru butter!I definitely love it and I will use it for my skin and hair produc (soap and shampoo)!
